DEFTONES ALTERNATIVE METAL / NU METAL USA Formed in Sacramento, California, in 1988, consistent and critically-acclaimed alt-metal combo, the deep and delicate DEFTONES have been at the epicentre of their genre since bursting on to the scene in the mid-90s. Since its inception, they have quietly been pursuing two paths, delivering songs defined by churning, double-fisted aggression while also quietly testing the boundaries of music by incorporating elements of psychedelia and shoegaze. As a result, the band is often coined as an alternative rock band. Hellfest is proud the welcome Chino Moreno and his friends for the second time for what will surely be an incendiary performance.
